Refunds, Returns & Order Issues Policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any orders once they have been placed and processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Because our products are produced and shipped in limited inventory batches, we are unable to restock returned merchandise or cancel fulfilled orders.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled after checkout. Once an order is submitted, it immediately enters processing to ensure fast fulfillment.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will replace items only if they arrive damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product.
To report an issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost.
We do not provide refunds in these situations — replacements only.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Carrier delays
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before ordering.
Chargebacks
By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue may result in refusal of future service.
