SECTION 3 — INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY
Smart Tint products require proper installation and electrical connection.
By purchasing, you acknowledge:

• Professional installation is recommended
• We are not responsible for damage caused during installation
• You assume all risk related to installation and use

You are solely responsible for complying with local vehicle tint regulations.
Smart Tint is not liable for tickets, inspections, or legal violations related to product use.
SECTION 5 — ORDERS (ALL SALES FINAL)
Orders are offers to purchase and may be accepted or declined at our discretion.
All sales are final once processing begins. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or exchanged.
Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.
SECTION 6 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices may change without notice and do not include taxes, duties, or import fees.
You agree payment information is accurate and authorized and you will pay all applicable charges.
SECTION 7 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, customs, or lost packages after shipment.
SECTION 8 — DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS (REPLACEMENT ONLY)
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if a product arrives defective.
Provide order number and clear photos.
If approved, we will replace the defective component.
We do not provide refunds.
Damage caused by installation, wiring errors, vehicle issues, or misuse is not covered.

All branding, logos, images, and content belong to Smart Tint and may not be copied or used without permission.

Smart Tint is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are directly with Smart Tint. Shopify is not responsible for products, delivery, or performance.
